Your Own Business within a Business
This opportunity enables you to set up your own business within an established, structured business for a very low initial investment. SecureHealth will provide you with one week's intensive product and marketing training and the management team and the existing consultants will support you in recruiting your own team of telecanvassers to start generating leads and appointments. Those who have already done the job successfully will be happy to share their knowledge and experience with you, and will guide you in the initial stages.
Will I get help to get started?
We will give you an intensive week's training on the product range and on marketing Private Medical Insurance.
Products can be sold from day one. If you want support and help in getting set up, one of the managers will assist with the recruitment and training of your telecanvassers. While your telecanvassers generate leads and start to build your pipeline, you will go out on joint visits to coach you on selling the products.
Our Training Managers will regularly assess your presentation to ensure that our high standards are upheld.
When do I get paid commission?
We pay commissions every two weeks and you will receive commission on the annual premium paid by the customer, even if the customer spreads premium payments over 12 months. The longest period of time you will have to wait for a commission payment is about 4 weeks.
What about renewals commission?
We employ a team to chase renewals on your behalf, so you do not need to worry about them. Subject to achievement of pre-agreed Annual Premium Income levels, SecureHealth will pay you renewals commission for life, providing the policies continue to renew. Historically, the annual renewal rate of SecureHealth policies has been over 90%.
What other incentives are offered?
Each year, qualifying consultants and their partners are invited to attend our annual Overseas Sales Conference. In the past, we have held our overseas conventions at such varied locations as the Luxor Hotel in Las Vegas, a fabulous five-star Mediterranean cruise ship, the world-renowned Sheraton Pine Cliffs hotel in Portugal, and the Atlantis resort on Paradise Island, an 826-acre island resort in the Bahamas.
In addition to this, we offer quarterly incentives such as city breaks in European cities or top-of-the-range consumer products. There are also monthly incentives for both consultants and telecanvassers. We publish our own monthly magazine titled "Inspiration" which not only offers advice and guidance, but also contains articles written by successful consultants.
