SecureHealth Ltd is a specialist intermediary and is part of the AXA UK group of insurance businesses. We act on behalf of the customer and are authorised and regulated by the Financial Services Authority (FSA). The FSA is the independent watchdog that regulates financial services in the UK.
SecureHealth Ltd's permitted business is advising you on your insurance needs; arranging your insurance cover with insurers and providing administration support for any ongoing changes you have to make.

We will advise and make recommendations for you after we have assessed your needs for various types of insurance, and we offer products from a number of insurers. We may deal exclusively with a single insurer that we have selected as offering value for money and good service. A list is available upon request.
SecureHealth Ltd does not charge you for its services.
It is your responsibility to provide complete and accurate information to insurers when you take out your insurance policy, throughout the life of your policy and when you renew your insurance. It is important that you ensure that all statements you make on proposal forms, claims forms and other documents are complete and accurate. Please note that if you fail to disclose any material information to your insurers, this could invalidate your insurance cover and could mean that part or all of a claim may not be paid.
All personal information about you will be treated as private and confidential. We will only use and disclose the information we have about you in the normal course of arranging and administering your insurance and will not disclose any information to any other parties without your consent or unless we are required to by law or by the FSA. We may use information we hold about you to provide information to you about other products and services that we offer.

SecureHealth Ltd is covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS). You may be entitled to compensation from the scheme if we cannot meet our obligations.
